One of the most important transitions in a young person’s life is the move to secondary school; a transition that encompasses so many changes. Leap's Transitions programme works with participants going through that move into secondary school to explore any worries such as making new friends. The programme supports pupils to think about potential conflict and equips them with the internal resources and skills to manage themselves in those moments.
