Zumba sessions for young people aged 11+ every Saturday 16.oo-17.00 o'clock . Come and join us!

What

Our Zumba classes are open for young people boys and girls and their mothers who want to use these classes as an opportunity to bond with their children. Zumba is an engaging activity which provides a way for individuals to improve their mental health and physical fitness

Zumba is way for participants to come together in a supportive and non-judgemental environment which can help strengthen social bonds between young people and their friends.
