What

🌻👍 This is a new project that we are developing at Hornimans Adventure Playground for children and young people with SEND to access community play activities 👍🌻

EXCLUSIVE SATURDAYS: We are delivering weekly play sessions on Saturday mornings exclusively for children with SEND and their families and carers. We will be offering a range of enriching activities including art, gardening, games, sports, sensory activities, music, screen time and looking after the resident pygmy goats!

SEND PROJECT WORKER: We have a SEND Project Worker who will be developing our SEND play provision. The project worker will lead on the delivery of the play programme and develop our capacity to include children with SEND. This will include supporting children and young people and gaining any additional resources needed within our mainstream play sessions.

Please share your experiences with us - This is a new project that we are developing this project with the aim of including children and young people with SEND at Hornimans Adventure Playground. We need to know what works well and where we might be able to improve, so please share and complete our evaluation forms during the sessions.
