What

Our Change 4 Life Healthy Lifestyle Clubs provide free five-week programmes to support families in eating well and keeping active.

Change 4 Life Kids' Clubs focus on simple, enjoyable and achievable ways families can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives. The club provides children and families with engaging and fun activities which support the child’s relationship with healthy eating, physical activity, wellbeing, oral health, sleep and screen time.

All participants receive a free recipe pack of food at the end of each session.

* Please note that while this session is taking place at Park Walk Primary School, it is open to all children who live, attend school or are registered with a GP in Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster
