What

If you are between 19 and 24 years (with an EHCP ) or 19+ (without an EHCP) and would like to access further training and employment, but have little or no previous knowledge, then this is a great programme for you.

WorkStart is a course which gives young people the opportunity to gain work experience and qualifications with the support of a one-to0-one job coach. Provided by Orchard Hill College in conjunction with Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea Council, this course is for young people aged 19-24yrs with SEND but without an EHCP.

  • Free one-year course
  • Starts September 2022 until July 2023
  • EHCP not required
  • Based in Church Street Library, Westminster
  • 3 days commitment per week – one in the classroom and two in a work placement
  • Formal qualifications not necessary to apply
  • Applications open until mid-June 2022
