gain the confidence to teach your peers about mental health first aid

Thrive and Build aims to provide accredited training in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to young people and parents from global majority communities who access our Family Learning Hub,

Recipe for Success and Venture Lates services. These young people are access our youth
activities and are those who are Not in Education, Employment or Training, some may be SEND,

young carers, young parents, young people who are home schooled and their parents.

Over the two years, the training will equip young people with the skills needed to support mental health in everyday settings, including having a better understanding of how to manage their own mental health and wellbeing. Each young people will be encouraged to share their learning with at least five other young people through youth-led initiatives to engage young people in mental health conversations.
