What

The Mo1 Youths Winter HAF (Holiday Activities and Food Programme) is an exciting initiative designed to engage and empower young people in the community during the festive season. Held at the Golborne Youth Centre, 2A Wornington Rd, London W10 5QJ, this programme offers a variety of enriching activities to inspire creativity, build skills, and promote healthy lifestyles.

Highlights of the programme include:

• Sports and Games: Enjoy table tennis, engaging games, and physical activities to stay active and have fun.
• Creative Workshops: Unleash your artistic potential with T-shirt printing and art sessions.
• Healthy Eating Workshops: Learn about nutrition and how to make delicious, healthy meals.
• Boxing: Join sessions designed to promote fitness, discipline, and teamwork.

Participants will also be treated to healthy food, ensuring they are nourished while engaging in these enriching activities.

The sessions will take place from 5 PM to 8 PM on:
