"Healthy Me - Healthy Future" Workshop Series!

Are you a young adult (14-25 year old ) affected by the war in Ukraine and living in RBKC or Westminster? Our *Healthy Me - Healthy Future* program is here to support you. This workshop series, starting in September 2024, offers a safe space to rebuild confidence, address disordered eating, and boost resilience. Through 36 interactive sessions, you’ll learn practical tools for self-care and connect with others who understand your journey. Take control of your health and future.
