What
Our Change4Life Healthy Lifestyle Clubs provide free five-week programmes to support families in eating well and keeping active.
Change4Life Mini Clubs focus on simple, enjoyable, and achievable ways families can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives. We explore themes such as weaning, healthy eating, physical activity, oral health, vitamins and supplements and sleep.

We have some training or experience of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and are able to accommodate children with low-level needs, we do not offer 1:1. Contact us to discuss how we can support your child.
