What

INSIDE/OUT

Inside Out is the new film project from the award winning youth led production company, Base Productions. Tackling Body Image through the creative lense of magic realism, young participants will produce two narrative films in partnership with the Violet Melchett Well-Being Hub, with the films being used as a vital resource to challenge issues that arise around this important subject.

There will be masterclasses in: Script-writing, Film-making and well-being, delivered by experienced expert staff.

You will have access and use industry standard equipment, such as the Sony FX9, Pocket Black Magic 4k, DJi RS3 Pro Gimball and much more.

ABOUT BASE PRODUCTIONS

Base Productions is a youth-led production company, creating award-winning film and digital content with a purpose; providing diverse young people aged 14 to 25 the unique opportunity to develop their skills in a safe and supported environment whilst producing work that empowers their voice. With our new exciting commercial arm, not only are we training young people but we are giving them the chance to take the lead on paid commissions, installing a sense of value and possibility for a career in the arts; helping build the foundations to support the transformation of diversity and inclusion in film and media.
