About Organisation
We use the unique power of sport to enhance the lives of disabled people.
Through our inclusive clubs, free online activities, coaching in schools and expert-led training, we break down the barriers to sport for 3,500 disabled people and their families each year, improving their physical and mental health.
Our community clubs offer weekly multi-sport sessions suitable for everyone and all abilities.
We also run our free weekly online sessions:
- Wednesdays 5pm - 5.30pm: Dance with Coach Melanie
- Thursdays 5pm - 5.30pm: Yoga with Coach Michelle
